St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center’s Department of Surgery Journal Club will host the program “On-Call for the Holidays” on Tuesday, Dec. 7. Join two doctors, in the spirit of Santa Claus and an elf, for a discussion about what it’s like to take trauma calls on Christmas.
This event is from 5 to 6:30 p.m. (MST) at the Sonntag Pavilion. Dinner and socialization are from 5 to 5:30 p.m. and the program starts at 5:30 p.m. It is open to medical students, residents, fellows and faculty physicians at any medical school/hospital in any department in the state of Arizona.
