The Feast of St. Francis occurs annually on Oct. 4. St. Francis is the patron saint of animals and the environment.
Celebrate the life of St. Francis by:
- Attending a Mass commemorating St. Francis on Monday, Oct. 4, at noon at St. John’s Church.
- Taking the St. Francis/Laudato Si’ Pledge and commit or recommit to living out the vision of the encyclical and the Catholic faith through reflection and prayer, concrete action and advocacy.
