As a reminder, Creighton University asks that all members of the Creighton community - faculty, staff and students - to upload their COVID-19 vaccination records to the BirdHouse. This will allow for an accurate indication of the percentage of the community vaccinated.
The BirdHouse is Creighton’s home for immunization compliance management and form submission. In the BirdHouse, you can review and submit immunization records, check compliance status, and review messages sent by Student Health Education and Compliance.
