The Exercise Science and Pre-Health Professions Department-ETT Lab is offering the Annual CU on the Scale: Healthy Holiday Challenge this month.
Initial weigh-in is Wednesday, Sept. 22, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m at the Kiewit Fitness Center, Room 150 (the lab is on track level). Final Weigh-In is Wednesday, Dec. 1.
Cost is $15 per person. Each participant will receive tips, recipes, weight loss information to help along your journey. Faculty and staff can get a 4-person team together (or sign-up alone and be put on a team).
