Creighton offers a mission-centered orientation program for all those hired in the past year, or two, called the Newcomer’s Orientation, Valuing Ignatian and Creighton Engagement.
The NOVICE Program will be entirely delivered on-line and through virtual synchronous meetings during this academic year of 2021 – 2022. The program highlights the contributions of the Creighton founders, and deeply explores our Jesuit history and values, especially through a focus this year on the innate dignity of every human person. It is designed to support staff in deepening your understanding of our university and its core mission.
