Register Today for PLANT Forward Healthy Lifestyle Program, Beginning Sept. 21

This 6-week healthy lifestyle program PLANT Forward will give you the tools you need to design and live a plant-based lifestyle that is right for you. Dates are Sept. 21 to Oct. 26. During PLANT Forward, you’ll not only learn about the benefits for your body but also the benefits of caring for our planet by living more sustainably.

• Weekly group sessions (offered in person on Tuesdays or ZOOM only on Wednesdays)

• Weekly informative emails and tracking

• Recipes and Cooking Demonstrations

• Participants will receive The Plant Based Diet for Beginners by Alice Newman

• Chance to earn prizes

Group Support Sessions are in-person on Tuesdays 10 to 10:45 a.m. in Heider College of Business Room 2045. Zoom only sessions are Wednesdays from 10 to 10:45 a.m. (CDT), 8 to 8:45 a.m. (MST).
