Greg Zacharias, PhD, professor of English and director of the Center for Henry James Studies, announced that the Modern Language Association’s Committee on Scholarly Editions awarded The Complete Letters of Henry James, 1883-1884, vol 2, the “Approved Edition” seal. The volume is the 13th in the Complete Letters edition. The previous 12 volumes also earned the MLA seal. The 13th volume in the edition will be published by the University of Nebraska Press in October 2019. Zacharias is the edition’s project director and co-general editor. Katie Sommer, BA’01, MA’03, is the edition’s associate editor. Creighton students Caitlyn Ewers, Krista Larson, and Tyler Nelson contributed significantly to the book.
