Book by Kokensparger Published

Brian Kokensparger, PhD,brian kokensparger assistant professor in the Journalism, Media and Computing department, has recently had a book published. The book, Guide to Programming for the Digital Humanities; Lessons for Introductory Python, presents the assignments that he uses in his Introductory Programming course to give students foundational experiences in digital humanities computational methods. The focus of the book is to provide the materials and resources to help other computer science faculty members use the assignments in their classrooms as well.
