Great news! The Creighton University Campus Pharmacy resumed on-campus delivery in Omaha effective Aug. 16. Our dedicated pharmacy faculty, staff, and students continued to safely serve their customers throughout the pandemic, but now they are ready to safely deliver on campus, too.
If you are a current customer and would like to sign-up for on-campus delivery, please complete both delivery form and the waiver authorization form and fax, email, or deliver in person to the Creighton University Campus Pharmacy, and they will take care of the rest. The fax, email address, and physical address for the Creighton University Campus Pharmacy are listed on the forms.
If you get your prescriptions filled elsewhere, now is a great time to transfer your prescriptions to the Creighton University Campus Pharmacy and enjoy the benefits offered by our dedicated campus pharmacy!
