Katie Wadas-Thalken, MEd, director of Academic Success in the School of Pharmacy and Health Professions successfully defended her EdD dissertation “Common Practices and Decision Making Factors Pharmacy Faculty Use in Accommodating Pregnant and Postpartum Students” in Creighton University’s Interdisciplinary EdD program. Wadas-Thalken research will help both the school and the university address important issues related to Title IX (of the Education Amendments of 1972) that impacts students.
