The Master of Science in Rehabilitation (MSR) degree with a focus in occupational therapy was awarded for the first time to six graduates from China at the December 2017 Hooding Ceremony. The degree prepares and advances foreign trained rehabilitation professionals’ clinical and academic skills and knowledge to become effective leaders in international rehabilitation. The MSR program emphasizes musculoskeletal, neurological and psychosocial disorders across the lifespan as well as develops students to become scholars in health care environments to assume leadership roles as faculty, managers and clinical experts.
