Due to the upcoming improvements to the Mike and Josie Harper Center, the Centralized Reservations Office is no longer accepting new event or meeting reservations in the building—except those made for the Hixson-Lied Auditorium and the Ahmanson Ballroom.
Previously confirmed event and meeting reservations in all spaces within the Mike and Josie Harper Center do not need to be relocated at this time. Primary event contacts will be notified, however, if noise or space conflicts that impact these events are made known. Please contact [email protected] with questions.
