Mike Del Core, MD, was recently named the School of Medicine’s Associate Dean for Education. Del Core completed all of his training at Creighton University including undergraduate, medical school, internal medicine residency and cardiology fellowship. He rose through the ranks to become professor of medicine and chief of cardiology. Del Core won the School of Medicine’s Golden Apple teaching award in 2007 and has been nominated 12 other years.
