Victoria Haneman, JD, Frank J. Kellegher Professor of Trusts & Estates at Creighton School of Law wrote an article that is forthcoming in the Nevada Law Journal. The article titled “Tax Incentives for Green Burial” was reviewed by legal scholar and economist, Neil Buchanan, and identified as one of the best works of recent scholarship relating to tax law.
