Peggy Rupprecht, PhD, assistant professor of journalism and public relations in the Department of Journalism, Media and Computing, was invited to speak at the Unity of Effort and Message Synchronization conference held at United States Strategic Command on September 11, 2019. Rupprecht participated in a panel discussion focused around crisis communications. The conference was attended by military and government public affairs professionals.
