Patrick Borchers, JD, is the co-author of the 6th Edition of Conflict of Laws. It is the authoritative treatise in the field of Conflict of Laws, also known as Private International Law. Earlier editions have been cited by the U.S. Supreme Court, and hundreds of other times by other U.S. and foreign courts. Borchers been a co-author since the 2nd edition in the 1990s.
