The annual Creighton Law Review Symposium and TePoel Lecture: Ethics in the Workplace, took place on March 15. Highlights of the event included the lecture “Humanizing Federal Ethics: Motivating and Mobilizing Compliance Through Creative Outreach” by alumna Alice Bartek-Santiago, JD’11, of the Ethics White House Counsel, as well as “Is Resistance Futile? Why Assistant Prosecutors Need to Be Removed from Cases When the District Attorney is Conflicted Out,” presented by the Rev. Gregory O’Meara, SJ, JD, professor of law.
