Creighton Sustainability Results

Creighton University has reached new sustainability goals upon review of the first quarterly report of the fiscal year. Due to new printing methods, Creighton has saved 192 trees, more than 163,000 gallons of water, or more than 17,000 pounds of carbon dioxide. In addition, the new method of duplex printing was used on 68 percent of total impressions saving more than 3200 reams of paper and approximately $9,572. Creighton will continue to look for ways to be more efficient to the benefit of cost-savings and to the environment.
