A team of interdisciplinary medical researchers from the School of Medicine and School of Pharmacy and Health Professions received a $400,000 EpSCoR grant to purchase a BiaCore Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) instrument. The arrival the SPR instrument has granted Creighton researchers the ability to study more closely how proteins and drugs interact, knowledge that could boost efforts to understand and treat a wide range of human diseases.
