Thomas Freeman, JD, adjunct professor in the Creighton School of Law and Heider College of Business, co-authored “Janus and the Future of Collective Bargaining: Rhetorically Predicting a First Amendment Right to Negotiation.“ The paper will be published next spring in the William & Mary Business Law Review. Freeman’s co-authors are Aaron McKain, PhD, associate professor of digital media at North Central University and Destynie J.L. Sewell, assistant professor of business law and ethics at the University of Nebraska Omaha.
