Ann Mausbach, PhD, associate professor in the dducation department and program director for the educational leadership program, recently presented at ASCD’s 2019 Conference on Educational Leadership. ASCD is one of the largest professional organizations for educators comprising 113,000 members from across the world. Mausbach’s session was titled Supporting Struggling Students: Build It and They Will Learn. The session outlined how leaders can build an infrastructure that supports both teachers and students, resulting in a culture of evidence-based inquiry and improvement.
