Thomas Freeman, JD, adjunct professor in the Creighton School of Law and Heider College of Business, was invited to present at the Huber Hurst Research Seminar in Business Law and Ethics at the University of Florida. Freeman will present on “Make Them Bake Cake? …In the Wake of Masterpiece Cakeshop, Which Religious Activities are Protected Expression Under the First Amendment and Exempt from Anti-Discrimination Laws?” a research paper with Aaron McKain, PhD, associate professor of digital media at North Central University.
