LaShaune Johnson, PhD, associate professor, Master of Public Health, Department of Interdisciplinary Studies, in the Graduate School had several co-presentations over this past summer. Johnson co-presented with Mindelyn Anderson in Washington, D.C. at Washington Evaluators: “Deep Dive: Culturally Responsive and Equitable Evaluation [CREE]”, in July and co-presented an all-day preconference workshop with Mindelyn Anderson and Paul Elam at the American Evaluation Association Summer Meeting in Atlanta in June, “Utilization of a Racial Equity Lens to help Guide Strategic Engagement and Evaluation.” Johnson also presented “The Association Between School Gardens and Physical Activity: A Way to Increase Youth Physical Activity” at the American College of Sports Medicine Conference in Orlando, Florida in June.
