Assistant professors of nursing Cindy Hadenfeldt, EdD, RN; Mandy Kirkpatrick, PhD, MSN, RN; and Joely Goodman, PhD, RN, will present at the Midwest Nursing Research Society’s 2019 Annual Research Conference March 27-30 in Kansas City, Missouri.
Hadenfeldt co-authored “Diabetes Risk Assessment in Homeless Adults,” which was accepted for poster presentation, with School of Pharmacy and Health Professions associate professor Emily Knezevich, PharmD, BCPS, CDE. Kirkpatrick authored “Development of Palliative Care Competence in Undergraduate Nursing Students through End-Of-Life Simulation,” which was accepted for paper presentation. Goodman authored “Reflective Journaling to Decrease Anxiety among Undergraduate Nursing Students in the Clinical Setting,” which was accepted for presentation in a poster discussion session.
