Kathy Gonzales, PhD, assistant professor in the negotiation and conflict resolution program has been selected as a recipient of the George F. Haddix Faculty Research Fund Award for 2018-2019. Her project is “The Impact and Effectiveness of Conflict Resolution Education on the Workplace Performance of Healthcare Professionals.”
