Richard Mangrum, JD, professor of law, presented two lectures at the Nebraska Association of Trial Lawyers on Feb. 23 in Omaha. He lectured on the learned treatise hearsay exception and the importance of attorneys understanding the theory and application of evidence-based medicine.
