On Feb. 23, Patrick Borchers, JD, professor of law, and G. Michael Fenner, JD, professor of law, presented at a Continuing Legal Education program at Kutak Rock, LLP, in Omaha that was sponsored by the Federal Bar Association. The two presented on important constitutional law cases presently in front of the U.S. Supreme Court.
