G. Michael Fenner, JD, professor of law, endowed professor of the James L. Koley professorship in constitutional law, presented on the importance of having good judges on the Gill v. Whitford case currently in front of the U.S. Supreme Court. The case concerns political gerrymandering, and Fenner’s talk was on Nov. 28 at Courts Matter Coalition of Nebraska.
