School of Law Hosts ‘North Korea and the Preemptive Use of Force’ Lecture

Anthony Arend, PhD, professor of government and foreign service at Georgetown University, presented “North Korea and the Preemptive Use of Force” to a full audience on Sept. 8 at the School of Law’s Gross Appellate Courtroom. The lecture was attended by undergraduate and law students, law school alumni and professors from the College of Arts and Sciences. Continuing Legal Education credits were offered to practicing attorneys in Iowa and Nebraska. The guest lecture was sponsored by the law school, the Omaha Bar Association and Georgetown Alumni in Nebraska.
