Creighton’s Division of Information Technology has received reports from students regarding an email message with the subject line “Student Record Hold.” The email message states that the recipient is being assigned a “Student Record Hold” until completion of “Creighton’s Learning & Working Environment Survey.” These emails are considered spam, and are not legitimate.
If you receive one of these emails, please report it to [email protected]. Delete the message, and do not click on the link.
The Office of Information Security is recommending that anyone who clicked on the NEST link in the spam message “Student Record Hold” go to AMI Creighton and change their password as soon as possible. If you have problems, contact the myIT Service Desk at 402-280-1111 or 800-329-1011.
