Noam Ebner, LLM, professor in the Negotiation and Conflict Resolution program, Department of Interdisciplinary Studies, Creighton University Graduate School, delivered the closing address at the annual statewide conference of conflict resolution professionals convened by the Florida Courts Dispute Resolution Center.
His talk, The Human Touch in Online Dispute Resolution, oriented practitioners to look past “Which button do I press to make this work?” toward developing interpersonal and interactional skills and sensitivity in online processes.
