Creighton’s Ethics and Compliance Reporting System

Creighton University is committed to advancing the highest standards of ethics, integrity and honesty, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations and policies. As part of this effort, Creighton maintains a confidential third-party reporting system called EthicsPoint that can be used to report any activities that may involve misconduct, violations of laws, regulations, contract provisions, or Creighton University policies.

Reports submitted via an EthicsPoint web intake form or hotline telephone call will be handled as promptly and discreetly as possible, with facts made available only to those who need to know to investigate and resolve the matter.

EthicsPoint and the University are committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of individuals who submit reports. Due to the nature of certain claims, the University may be limited with respect to the actions(s) it may be able to take in response to a report if the individual submitting the report does not wish to make his or her identity known. University policy prohibits taking retaliatory action against anyone for reporting or inquiring about potential misconduct including violation of laws, regulations, contract provisions, breaches of Creighton policies, or for seeking guidance on how to handle suspected violations or breaches.
