McPherson to Present ‘Virtue Ethics and the Meaning of Life’, Sponsored By the John C. Kenefick Faculty Chair in the Humanities

David McPherson, PhD, associate professor of Philosophy, will present at this week’s Faculty Friday his program, “Virtue Ethics and the Meaning of Life,” at 3:30 p.m., Sept. 17, in Harper 4068.

McPherson’s presentation is based on his recent book, Virtue and Meaning: A Neo-Aristotelian Perspective, (Cambridge University Press), and sponsored by the John C. Kenefick Faculty Chair in the Humanities. Due to the upswing in COVID-19 cases, we will be masked and forgo the usual Faculty Friday appetizers and beverages.
