TAO - Therapy Assistance Online
  • This offers hundreds of videos to help students, faculty and staff with a wide variety of concerns: depression, choosing a major, meditation, test anxiety, sleep issues, relationship troubles, self-esteem, burnout, substance abuse, etc. Anyone with a Creighton email has access to these resources for free.   • Also, the Instagram account from Student Counseling @cocoathecounselor provides info about mindfulness and wellness from the fun perspective of our therapy dog, Cocoa the Counselor.
