Faculty and Staff Mission Development Opportunity: Commitment to Justice in Jesuit Higher Education Series

In this Ignatian year, our campus will focus on the Universal Apostolic Preferences as lived out in a Jesuit University. This began in Mission Week (Sept. 1-8) with the theme of “Expanding our Circle of Compassion.”

To continue the conversation throughout the 2021-2022 school year, we invite you to participate in the Commitment to Justice in Jesuit Higher Educationseries at Creighton sponsored by the Vice President of Mission and Ministry, the Vice President for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, and the A.F. Jacobson Endowed Chair in Communication. Registration required for the education series.

All sessions are 3:30-4:30 pm in Harper Center. Come at 3:15 pm for a snack and refreshment as we get to know other participants before getting started.

Participants will watch select videos from the Commitment to Justice in Jesuit Higher Education conference, reflect and discuss with Creighton colleagues. Each session will include: small group reflection, Examen or prayer, and a brief connection to Omaha or Creighton opportunities related to the session theme. Participants can sign up to join a single session or all in the series.
