Craig Dallon, JD, professor of law, presented a continuing legal education seminar for the National Business Institute, entitled “Maintaining an Ethical Balance in Probate Practice,” on March 22 in Omaha. He also presented at the Thirteenth Annual Seminar on Ethics & Professionalism, co-sponsored by the Omaha Bar Association and Creighton University School of Law on April 5. His remarks were entitled “Reasonable Fees Please—and Other Money Matters.”
