Congratulations to Keith Olson, assistant professor of practice, for successfully defending his dissertation for the Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) program on March 1. His dissertation, “The Mystery of Values to Value: An Examination of Stock Market Reaction to Corporate Announcements of Contributions to Planned Parenthood,” is focused on how corporate core values are important in the design of philanthropic policies. Olson has been teaching courses as an adjunct for several years now and has accepted a full-time position as associate professor of practice in the Heider College of Business.
