McGreal Participates in Roundtable Discussion of US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act

McGrealPaul McGreal, JD, LLM, professor of law, participated in an invited roundtable discussion recognizing the 40th anniversary of the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, a law that outlaws the bribery of foreign government officials. The event took place Feb. 21-22 in Chicago, and it included nationally recognized practitioners and academics in the area of foreign bribery law. It was co-sponsored by the University of Illinois College of Law and the Gies College of Business, Center for Professional Responsibility in Business and Society. McGreal’s presentation will be published in a forthcoming issue of the Illinois Law Review.
