Jay Carney (Department of Theology) published “The Politics of Ecumenism in Uganda, 1962-1986″ in Church History: Studies in Christianity and Culture, Vol. 86.3 (2017). Carney provided the cover photo of a stained glass icon of two of the famous Uganda Martyrs of the 1880s. The original image can be found in Our Lady of Lourdes Cathedral Parish, Luweero, Uganda. This is the first African cover in the 86-year history of Church History.
