Jenny Bagwell, PT, DPT, PhD, assistant professor in the Department of Physical Therapy is the recipient of the 2017 Achievement in Education Award from the Nebraska Physical Therapy Association. This award is granted to an educator who has made a valuable contribution to physical therapy “by developing quality education experiences that improve the profession of physical therapy.” Bagwell demonstrates consistent academic service and promotes academic achievement.
