- During 2017-2018 academic year (fall, spring and summer), we anticipate 420 students (123 fall, 90 spring, 202 summer, 4 whole year) will participate in study abroad opportunities. There has been a steady incremental growth beginning the 2014-2015 academic year, when we had 181 students participate in these opportunities (27 fall, 23 spring, 130 summer, and 1 whole year).
- We have re-structured study abroad opportunities to 13 partner universities with pre-approved courses (compared to 3 in 2015). Additionally, Creighton offers 17 annual faculty-led programs abroad (FLPA) in the summer for which students earn between 3-9 semester credits. - The annual FLPA & Encuentro Dominicano Showcase will take place on Sept. 8 from 4-6 p.m. in the Skutt ballroom. This event highlights Creighton’s own academic opportunities abroad.
- The annual Study Abroad Fair will take place the following week on Sept. 20, from 3-7 p.m. in the Skutt ballroom. This event highlights all the study abroad opportunities available to our students across the globe.
