Goss says long-term economic prospects good for Grand Island, Nebraska

“We have had a tailwind for several years, beginning with 2009, with very strong farm income and the cheap dollar,” Professor of Economics at Creighton University Goss said. “As we entered 2015, things got a little slower, and in 2016, it continues to be slow as anything connected with agriculture and energy is a bit challenging right now as that tailwind we did have has become a bit of a headwind.”
