Employee Emergency Fund – Help Extend a Hand to Your Colleagues in Need

To support staff and faculty experiencing an emergency, the University Committee on Benefits has developed and gained approval to roll out an Employee Emergency Fund. Upon application and approval, up to $1,000 will be awarded to a staff or faculty member in need. The University has seeded the fund with $5,000, but contributions to the fund will be needed to ensure ongoing assistance is available. More details, including how you can make a tax-deductible donation to the fund, are outlined on the Employee Emergency Fund Website. Please keep access to this fund in mind and share it with your colleagues when an emergency situation arises.
